Rajya Anand Sansthan, an autonomous Institution under Department of Anand, Government of Madhya Pradesh invites applications from experienced inservice/retired, dynamic and motivated officers; academicians and persons having research experience or contributory performance in welfare programmes/projects. The application in prescribed format can be submitted by speed post/e-mail (anandsansthan@mp.gov.in) upto 19/12/2022, upto 5:30 P.M. The details of the post and eligibility criterion are as under:-

2 Director (Programme)/ State programme Officer 1
  • Any officer retired from a rank equivalent to the Deputy Secretary (Rs. 15600--39100/GP 7600) or above from State govt/Central govt/ quasi government organizations.
  • If the retired officer is from a pay scale of Rs. 15600--39100/GP 7600, he/she should have atleast 5 years of experience in that scale.
  • Having experience in implementing various goverment programmes/ projects.
    OR
  • Any person with a PG Degree with Minimum 55% marks.
  • Experience of working in consultancy firm/NGO of national repute/Government organizations.
  • Minimum work experience of 10 years, in areas relevant to the institute objectives, with a minimum CTC of Rs 10 lac on 1st July-2022.


Salary- Negotiable
  • Any serving officer of State govt/Central govt/ quasi government organization having a minimum experience of 5 years at a rank equivalent to Deputy secretary (Rs. 15600--39100/GP 7600) or above.
  • Having experience in implementing various goverment programmes/ projects.
  • If a person of pay scale higher than Rs 15600- 39100/GP 7600 is selected, his salary will be protected.
3 Director (Research)/State Programme Officer 1
  • Retired Professor (Min Rs. 37400- 67000/ GP 10,000) from any Cental Govt./State Govt. University/Govt College
  • Having PhD
  • Minimum teaching experience of fifteen years.
  • Adequate experience of research and published research papers in areas relevant to the institute objectives.

    OR

  • Any person with a PhD
  • Experience of working in consultancy firm/ Research Organisation of national repute/Government organizations.
  • • Minimum research/ work experience of 15 years, in areas relevant to the institute objectives, with a minimum CTC of Rs 12 lac on 1st July-2022.


Salary - Negotiable
  • Professor (Rs. 37400- 67000/ GP 10,000) Working in Central Govt./State Govt. University/Government College
  • Having PhD
  • Minimum teaching Experience of fifteen Years.
  • Adequate experience of research and published research papers in areas relevant to the institute objectives.
  • If a person of pay scale higher than Rs. 37400- 67000/ GP 10,000 is selected, his salary will be protected.
4 Coordinator (Programme) Reserve for OBC 1
  • Any officer retired from a rank equivalent to the Deputy Director (Rs. 15600--39100/GP 6600) or above from State govt/Central govt/quasi government organizations.
  • If the retired officer is from a pay scale of Rs. 15600--39100/GP 6600, he/she should have atleast 5 years of experience in that scale.
  • Having experience in implementing various goverment programmes/projects

    OR

  • Any person with a PG Degree with Minimum 55% marks.
  • Experience of working in consultancy firm/NGO of national repute/Government organizations. Minimum experience of 06 years, in areas of capacity building, programme planning and implementation, community mobilization, with a minimum CTC of Rs 08 lac on 1st July-2022.


Salary - Negotiable
  • Any serving officer of State govt/Central govt/ quasi government organization having a minimun experience of 05 years at a rank equivalent to Deputy Director (Rs. 15600--39100/GP 6600) or above.
  • Having experience in implementing various goverment programmes/project
  • If a person of pay scale higher than Rs 15600- 39100/GP 6600 is selected, his salary will be protected.
5 Coordinator (Happiness Index) 1
  • Retired Assistant Professor (Min Rs. 15600- 39100/ GP 6,600) from any Cental Govt./State Govt. University/Govt College
  • Minimum teaching experience of Six years.
  • Adequate experience of research and published research papers in areas relevant to the institute objectives.

    OR

  • Any person with a PG Degree with Minimum 55% marks.
  • • Experience of working in consultancy firm/ Research Organisation of national repute/Government organizations. Minimum experience of 06 years, in areas of survey conduction, research and documentation, with a minimum CTC of Rs 08 lac on 1st July-2022.


Salary- Negotiable
  • Any serving officer of State govt/Central govt/ quasi government organization having a minimun experience of 5 years at a rank equivalent to Deputy Director (Rs. 15600--39100/GP 6600) or above.
  • Experience of working in research Organization/ Community Mobilization/Training/ Capacity building

    OR

  • Assistant Professor from Central Govt./State Govt. University/Government College (Min Rs. 15600--39100/GP 6600), minimum 6 years of experience in teaching.
  • Adequate experience of research and published research papers in areas relevant to the institute objectives.
  • If a person of pay scale higher than Rs 15600 - 39100/ GP 6600 is selected, his salary will be protected.
6 Junior Account Officer 1
  • Any officer retired from a pay scale of Rs. 5,200--20,200/ GP 3600 or above of State govt/Central govt/quasi government organizations.
  • If the retired officer is from a pay scale of Rs. 5,200--20,200/ GP 3600, he/she should have atleast 3 years of experience in that scale in areas related to accounting. Knowledge of working in Tally software is mandatory.

    OR

  • Any person with a PG Degree Commerce/MBA with Minimum 55% marks.
  • Knowledge of working in Tally softwere is mandatory.
  • Experience of working in consultancy firm audit agency or government organization for a minimum period of 3 years, in areas related to accounting with a minimum CTC of Rs 4.5 lac on 1st July-2022.


Salary- Negotiable
  • Any serving officer of State govt/Central govt/quasi government organization having a minimum experience of 3 years in a pay scale of Rs. 5,200--20,200/ GP 3600 or above.
  • Adequate experience in areas related to accounting .
  • Knowledge of working in Tally software is mandatory.
  • If a person of pay scale higher than Rs. 5,200--20,200/ GP 3600 is selected, his salary will be protected.
7 Assistant Grade-I 1
  • Any officer retired from a pay scale of Rs. 5,200--20,200/ GP 2800 or above of State govt/Central govt/quasi government organizations.
  • If the retired officer is from a pay scale of Rs. 5,200--20,200/ GP 2800, he/she should have atleast 3 years of experience in that scale in areas related to office administration and accounting.
    OR
  • • Any person with a PG Degree Commerce/MBA with Minimum 55% marks. Experience of working in consultancy firm audit agency or government organization for a minimum period of 3 years, in areas related to office administration and accounting, with a minimum CTC of Rs 4.0 lac on 1st July-2022.


Salary - Negotiable
  • Any serving officer of State govt/Central govt/quasi government organization having a minimum experience of 3 years in a pay scale of Rs. 5,200--20,200/ GP 2800 or above.
  • Adequate experience in areas related to office administration and accounting.
  • If a person of pay scale higher than Rs. 5,200--20,200/ GP 2800 is selected, his salary will be protected.

 

Important Note-

The candidate having Working experience/Research experience and research publications in areas relevant to the institute objectives will be given preference. Research publication in relevant field should be in renowned State/National/ International Journals.

The salary of contractual appointment (For non-retired person) is negotiable and it can be between present salary of the candidate and the maximum limit as specified in the rules of the institute.

The salary of the contractual appointment (For retired person) will be governed by the ‘’The MP Contractual Appointment on Civil Post Rule 2017” notified on 28th Sept 2017.

In service officials may apply for deputation. Pay protection will be provided to in service officials joining on deputation. The selected officer will be required to submit NOC from the department within one month after selection.

Recruitment will be for three years, which can be extened beyond three years also, if required by the institute. But contract will be made on year to year basis, based on performance.

The service condition of contractual appointee will be governed by ‘’The MP Contractual Appointment on Civil Post Rule 2017” and the instructions issued by Rajya Anand Sansthan from time to time in this regard.

The scanned copy of certificate relevant to ascertain the eligibility of the candidate like- Date of birth, minimum educational qualification laid down in condition, Salary certificate, experience certificate etc shall be attached by the applicant.

At the time of application candidates must provide correct information regarding name, date of birth, mobile no, email id and post for which candidate is applying.

The institute reserves the right to reject incomplete application/ask for additional information/certicicate to ascertain the eligibility.

The institute reserves the right to reject all the applications, without assigning any reason or can reduce the number of vacancies at any time during the process.


Selection Process-

The institute will scrutinize the applications and prepare the list of shortlisted applicants. If the number of applicants for a particular post are more, the institute, at its own discretion, can devise its own screening mechanism to limit the shortlisted candidate to 3 to 5 times of the particular post based on their educational qualification, experience, salary, etc.

The list of shortlisted applicants will be uploaded at institute website along with dates and time of interview. The candidates are therefore requested to be in thouch with the institute website regularly.

In addition to website, institute will contact the candidates only through e-mail. So candidates are requested to check their e-mail regularly.

The selected candidate will have to show original documents for verification before the joining. But, in case of any doubt, the institute may ask the original document earlier also.

Institute, at its own discretion, has the right to get verified by other means, any information/document submitted by the candidate.
